1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the nu9 platform, including but not limited to the website at nu9.bio, its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the User", "you") and nu9 ("nu9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age ;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when placing bets or playing casino games;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform, whether voluntarily or by nu9's decision;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of nu9 or any of its affiliated game providers.

nu9 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nu9 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and gaming services offered by nu9, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. nu9 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nu9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawable funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact nu9 immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

nu9 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. nu9 does not charge platform-level processing fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made via third-party accounts will be returned where possible, and such activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in our payment documentation. nu9 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before releasing a withdrawal. Where a withdrawal is linked to bonus funds, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the withdrawal can be approved.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set out in your account dashboard and are subject to change. nu9 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nu9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions (including BPL match-day specials and Eid promotional events) from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry dates.

Where a wagering requirement is applied to a bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

nu9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other manipulation — will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the nu9 sportsbook — including cricket markets such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by nu9's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bets are accepted at the discretion of nu9, and nu9 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet without stating a reason.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error resulting in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds, nu9 reserves the right to void the affected bet or settle it at the correct price. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and bingo — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or via live stream from regulated studios. Game outcomes are independent and nu9 makes no representation regarding the likelihood of winning. All casino game play is final once a round has been completed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nu9 Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any tool that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward nu9 staff or other users;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

nu9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of account-level tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard at any time.

All content on the nu9 Platform — including but not limited to the nu9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of nu9 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express written consent of nu9.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorised account access. nu9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nu9 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond nu9's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. nu9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

nu9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at nu9.bio/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. nu9 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your nu9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, nu9 will process any withdrawable balance in your account subject to standard verification checks. If your account is closed while bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

nu9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, nu9 will endeavour to provide notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nu9 Platform shall be referred in the first instance to nu9's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent nu9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
